Ivy Lane Studio Co provides notebooks, planners, journals, stationery products, custom-designed notebooks, branded business notebooks and design services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of our website.

2. Products & Services

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate.

However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update products and services without notice.

3. Custom & Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, wording, logos, branding materials and personalisation details.

Before production begins, artwork proofs may be provided for approval.

Once artwork has been approved:

• Responsibility for spelling, dates, names and approved content rests with the customer.
• Additional changes may incur additional charges.
• Production will proceed based on the approved proof.

4. Design Services

Design services include, but are not limited to:

• Custom notebook covers
• Branded business notebooks
• Planner and journal design
• Stationery design
• Promotional print materials

Design fees cover creative time and expertise.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Design concepts remain the intellectual property of Ivy Lane Studio Co until full payment has been received.
• Final files will not be supplied until outstanding balances have been cleared.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received before products are dispatched or final design files released.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.

While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processes or factors outside our control cannot be guaranteed against.

Ivy Lane Studio Co shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Custom, personalised and bespoke products are generally non-returnable unless faulty, damaged or produced incorrectly.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, website content, product descriptions and images created by Ivy Lane Studio Co remain the intellectual property of Ivy Lane Studio Co unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not:

• Copy designs
• Reproduce artwork
• Resell designs
• Claim ownership of original Ivy Lane Studio Co designs

without prior written permission.

9. Customer-Supplied Content

Where customers provide logos, artwork, photographs or other materials, they confirm that:

• They own the rights to use the material; or
• They have permission from the copyright owner.

Customers agree to indemnify Ivy Lane Studio Co against any claims arising from unauthorised use of supplied materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivy Lane Studio Co shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Consequential losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Delays outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights under UK law.

You agree not to:

• Copy website content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
