Thank you for shopping with Ivy Lane Studio Co. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every product meets our quality standards. Orders will be shipped via Amazon as our third party. Bespoke orders will be delivered direct and via Evri.

Order Processing Times

Standard Products

Non-personalised notebooks, planners, journals and stationery products are typically processed within 3-5 working days.

Personalised & Bespoke Products

Custom notebooks, branded business notebooks and personalised products require additional production time.

Typical production times are:

  • Personalised notebooks: 3–7 working days
  • Custom business notebook orders: 5–14 working days
  • Larger bespoke orders: Timescales provided at the time of ordering

Production will begin once all required information, artwork and approvals have been received.

Design Services

For design-only services, delivery times will be agreed individually based on the project scope and complexity.

Design services do not require physical shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, selected shipping method or if shipped directly via Amazon.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days

United States

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–15 working days

Canada

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–15 working days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard International Delivery: 10–20 working days

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, Ivy Lane Studio Co cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather
  • Industrial action
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the delivery provider to investigate.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
